About our siding repair
Not every wall needs replacing. Storm damage, a cracked panel, a leak around a window or a patch of rot can usually be repaired, and done properly the repair does not show. The work is finding the actual cause: a water stain inside is often coming from a flashing failure a few feet away from where it shows.
We repair vinyl, fiber cement, cedar and wood siding, match profiles and colours as closely as the existing material allows, and document storm damage for insurance claims.

Siding Repair questions
Will a repair match my existing siding?
As closely as the existing material allows. Faded siding never matches new stock perfectly, so where colour matters we take panels from a hidden wall for the visible repair and put the new ones out of sight.
Do you use subcontractors?
The installation is done by our own crew. We tell you in writing if any specialist trade is involved on your job.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We file with your building department and schedule the inspections. We are licensed under Massachusetts HIC #204634.
What happens if you find rot once the old material is off?
You see it before we cover it. Repairs are charged at the rate agreed in the written quote, so nothing is renegotiated mid-job.
