You get a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on the slab and 5 years on our labour. Both are in writing at handover. The workmanship warranty is ours, not a third party's, and it is the one that actually gets used.

Sometimes. On a colonial revivals we can often match a single elevation closely enough that it reads as original. Where the existing material has faded past matching, we will say so rather than sell you a repair you will be unhappy with.

The three we see most often here: a slab that was planed to fit a racked opening, so it can never be rehung square; sliding patio doors running on worn tracks that no adjustment will fix; and a rotted sill and threshold under a door that was never flashed properly.
