About this project
Door replacement is judged on the finish. Getting the unit level, shimmed and foamed is the part that makes it work; the casing is the part the homeowner looks at every day. We do both, so nobody is left with a new door and a wall to patch.
The kitchen patio slider came out and went back in the same day — old unit out, new door set and insulated, interior casing on before we left.
The entry door is fiberglass with matching sidelights, black on the street side against the yellow clapboard and finished in white inside.
